A cartoon where a goat acts like a human being. Originally made by Ted Esbaugh in 1931 and named "Goofy Goat". Retitled "Goofy Goat Antics" by Official Films. The original is said to have been a two-strip Technicolor cartoon, but no color prints are known to exist.

The Booze Hangs High released in 1930, is the fourth title in the Looney Tunes series and features Bosko, Warner Bros.' first cartoon character. When this cartoon aired on Nickelodeon, the part where the father pig regurgitates a corncob, flicks off the one kernel that remains on it, and puts it back into his stomach through a trapdoor was cut. This cartoon references Plane Crazy (a Mickey Mouse cartoon) and Song of the Flame (a musical operetta film)...

Uploaded By BoopBoopaddoop I Think This Needs to be shared worldwide, its owned by public domain like every other betty boop cartoon exsept this was thought to be one of the lost cartoons. voice is by kate wright its basically mostly about pudgy the dog, Betty Boop is mainly unseen in this cartoon she makes a few small apperences from the beggining to the end, other than the cat from an earlier betty boop cartoon called happy you & merry me makes a return also with his mother.

| Banned Cartoon theater 3 - Disney, Warner Brothers
The Ducktators was banned after WW II because propaganda was no longer needed. I have Uncle Tom's Cabana and Uncle Tom's Bungalow if I can find them on my computer.
